Statewide Homes is a Florida State Certified General “Building” Contractor. We are a fully insured, seasoned experienced builder, professionally serving business owners and residents in Miami for over 14 years in all their construction needs. We know that when it comes to building, that it is usually a time-consuming and complicated process.
We are capable of saving you time and money; first by simply making sure that everyone involved in the construction or remolding process shows up on time, and efficiently scheduling all phases of construction to completion. Subcontractors generally charge a higher rate per hour when doing the construction project directly under the owner of the building than when working under a general contractor. The subcontractor is often a sole proprietor and typically does not have the manpower capable of effectively completing the job, nor do they properly verify that each person they send is properly licensed and insured and covered by workers comp causing things to get a bit overwhelming.
